How outbound calling with Ruby works

Log into Ruby through the dashboard or app.
Select Assist on the upper right corner of the screen. On the dashboard, this is the receptionist icon. On the app, it’s under the three dots.
A Request Assist box will pop up. If you have multiple accounts, locations, or numbers with Ruby, you can choose which one you’d like the call to come from.
Simply type the details of your request and click Submit. A Ruby receptionist will take it from there!

Frequently asked questions

After you submit a request for an outbound call, you can expect Ruby to make the call within 30 minutes during the hours of 5am and 6pm Pacific, Monday through Friday. If you make your request outside of those hours, we’ll take care of it the next business day. 

Yes, you can also request outbound calls by emailing staff@ruby.com. (Note that the call may be made up to 24 hours later on the next business day if you use this method.) 

A. We’re happy to help with batch requests.* Just email the details to staff@ruby.com. (Note that the calls may be made up to 48 hours later on the next business day if you use this method.) 

*This applies to batches ranging from two to 20–30 calls. If you want Ruby to make more outbound calls at once, please contact the Customer Happiness Team.
