Stephanie came to Ruby at a time when the organization was growing rapidly in people operations—both customer-facing and internal support—which had all operated semi-independently in the years preceding her arrival. In short order, Stephanie connected all of the organizational dots that truly make Ruby a scalable enterprise and has been tireless in setting the vision and development of those organizations and their respective leaders to the benefit of Ruby’s customers, employees, and shareholders. She has a loyal and stable leadership structure within her team that has enabled Ruby to grow tremendously while maintaining the culture and the career opportunities that make Ruby a special place to work.
She has been a constant force for improving and scaling processes, from supporting the implementation of a formal people management process and platform to forming a company-wide equity, diversity, and inclusion strategy, which has evolved Ruby’s employer brand and created a more diverse and inclusive work culture.
